All monthly rates include utilities, 6 or 12 month term lease.
Limited onsite parking available for vehicles. No food trucks.

- Access is limited to availability and advance scheduling
- Fee is due prior to work session
- No on-site long term cold or dry storage
$50 / hr (minimum of 4 hours per day -including load in/load out and clean up time)

- 2 combined doors of reach-in fridge and freezer
- 1 full 4' dry storage rack
- 1 assigned 5' prep table with under storage
- 24/7 access to kitchen

- Shared prep tables in common area (no under table storage)
- Scheduled access to kitchen
